Hi

What exactly happens when we open the database with resetlogs.

(The redo sequence will be set to 0 or Incarination is set to 0)

what happens when the when sequence is set to 0)

RESETLOGS will clear the contents of the redo logs if they exist or create new ones if needed and sets the header of all datafiles with the SCN for the time the resetlog occurred. The log sequence will be reset and start again from 1.
