Hi,
While Acessing the toad the following error occurs

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 1, block # 97942)
ORA-01110: data file 1: '/opt/oracle/oradata/MAPLE/system01.dbf'

so pls give me the proper solution for the above said error.

Hi:

You can run dbv to check how many blocks are corrupted, if just one or two blocks corrupted, you may use bbed to fix it with Oracle's support.

You can dump this block, to see which objects on this block.

Else you may choose Oracle DUL service or my AUL service to get the data back.

RMAN> blockrecover datafile 1 block 97942;
