Hi,
Being new to RMAN I would like some advice as what to do for this scenario:

The server hosting the Rman Catalog has been down from the 23/12/07 for some reason. I have restarted the server, oracle service, listener and the instance. However, when doing a RMAN> LIST BACKUP command obviously I only see backup information until the server went down. I have done a RESYNC CATALOG and that ran successfully. What should I do next to ensure that the catalog contains backups up until today? Is it just a matter of running a RMAN backup job?

Thanx in advance
