hi sir i am suffering some problem like

when i am startin my data base

SQL> conn sys/syspwd as sysdba
Connected.
SQL> shutdown immediate
ORA-01507: database not mounted

ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 101784276 bytes
Fixed Size 453332 bytes
Variable Size 75497472 bytes
Database Buffers 25165824 bytes
Redo Buffers 667648 bytes
ORA-00204: error in reading (block 3, # blocks 1) of controlfile
ORA-00202: controlfile: 'F:\ORACLE\ORA92\TNAP\CONTROL01.CTL'
ORA-27091: skgfqio: unable to queue I/O
ORA-27070: skgfdisp: async read/write failed
OSD-04006: ReadFile() failure, unable to read from file
O/S-Error: (OS 23) Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Your control is corrupted.
I hope you have multiple ones.
In this case, just shut down the database, copy the other control file in the corrupted one and restart.
