hi guru,

in spite of the serching on the internet i can not find any specified solving

I am using RMAN backup,I am getting this error as follows;

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ch00 channel at 10/07/2007 22:06:39
ORA-19506: failed to create sequential file, name="bk_1171_1_635378780", parms=""
ORA-27028: skgfqcre: sbtbackup returned error
ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
VxBSACreateObject: Failed with error:
Server Status: operation not allowed during this time period

I ve solved above error
my archivelog files is full.

Hi,
I have same problem.

Could you please tell me in detail?
My archive log backup is on tape.
How can i check that my archive log backup is full?

It's argent for me.

It meant "standard" archived log file system, there is no relation with backup destination.
