Hi anyone,

I am getting 'ORA-12514:TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested' error.

When I tried to open http://localhost:8080/apex, I am getting following error: connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost:8080.

I think that the port 8080 got reset somehow. How do I set it back so that oracle can access through this port?
