How to relocate buttons on standard OA page [message #192749]

Hi,
Not sure I am posting this to right forum but still I want to try. I have a requirement to move 2 buttons on expense entry page in iExpense module. The standard feature displays these 2 buttons right justified on a panel which makes the user to use scroll bar in order to access them. Now i want to make them left justified so that they are visible without scrolling. Is there any standard way to do this?

Appreciate any pointer in this regard.
