We have an excellent full-time employment opportunity, with exceptional benefits with a premier employer in West Houston.

Our client is in need of a HRIS [Human Resource Information Systems] 'power user' to accomplish the following:

· Develop reports required for various sources, such as Company turnover, departmental headcount and other informational reports, as well as those required by governmental agencies
· Update tables and reports in the Oracle HR System
· Audit worldwide HR data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance with Company policy
· Work with users and IS department to resolve system errors
· Train new employees on Oracle system
· Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to HR users worldwide
· Create and update HR Training Manuals and Procedures in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley

Required skills include:

· HR exposure to include a general understanding of payroll, benefits and employment processes
· Specialized technical systems training (Oracle preferred, but will consider other HR/payroll integrated software systems experience)
· Proficient in MS Excel and Access
· Strong communication skills
