Functional Lead/Senior Consultant (Customers Online / Oracle TCA Lead)
Trianz is a 5 year old independent management consulting firm based in Santa Clara (with operations in the US, Japan, Canada, and India) that is currently going through a phase of rapid growth. In fact we have grown over 30% per year since our founding. We are a private firm, profitable with no venture or other outside funding. Since our client list is based here in the Bay Area the extent of travel will be minimal.
Specifically, because of this growth, we have leadership opportunities in several areas around project delivery in our Business Systems & IT group and business process management oversight

* Operations Consulting: Management consulting services focused on execution of initiatives across high impact areas of client business operations.
* Business Systems and IT Solutions: IT strategy, organization systems integration services across a variety of platforms for the CIO function.
* Business Process Management: Design, development and outsourced management of select business operations and processes for clients.
* Software Product Engineering: Strategic partnership in SW product engineering encompassing R&D, product design and life cycle management for the Engineering function in client organizations
As a contributing member of Trianz project team, a Senior Consultant will consult with the client and Trianz team members and other management personnel to analyze, design, and document complex, cross-functional business systems and / or functions.
Job Expectations
•Work as a Track Lead/Business Anayst to analyze complex business systems/functions
•Identify requirements and write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and/or Functional Specifications. Assist in converting Functional Specifications to Technical Specifications.
•Identify key business scenarios with client for testing and coming up with Unit and Integration test scripts.
•Ensure Software customized by technical team meets set business requirements as per the specifications
Basic Consultant Skills
•Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
•Should be adaptable and be open to learning new skills
•Hard working "do what it takes" attitude.
•Must be a team player.
•Provides leadership / mentoring as required to more junior members of the team
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Specific Skills Required
•Extensive experience in designing and implementing Oracle TCA , Customers Online solutions in an architect role’s capacity
•Implementation lifecycle experience starting from requirement analysis, process design etc.
