I have a client who is attempting to install the Oracle client on XP SP2 and she is presented with an error:

'ociw32.dll cannot be found'

She recalls that an extra step is required prior to installing Oracle on XP SP2, but does not remember the details of the extra step. Any ideas? I searched Metalink and could not find documentation specific to installing the client on Windows XP.

Thanks.
Tony
