Did you install OMS?
create repository?
have intelligent agent running in all participating nodes?
detect nodes/databases?
If you have done all these, there should some error in logs (VNI*).
Please post the exact error message , oracle version, oem/oms version and OS

I have WinXP Home and Orcale 9
O.E.M.C. 9.2.0.1.0

I found that, I don't have OracleOraHome92ManagementServer service.
When I run C:\>oemctl start oms
it fails on "net start OracleOraHome92ManagementServer"

C:\Documents and Settings\Rudo>oemctl start oms
The service name is invalid.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2185.

ACTION
