I installed 10 G on my PC, Windows Xp, I created database, but it is giving me an error. TNS 12560.

seems like the configuration in tnsnames.ora or listener.ora is not correct or the listener is not correctly running.
Sometimes a reboot works, because there's an adapter in use by another application
