Hi Experts,

I'm experiencing the below error (got from SYS.USER_QUEUE_SCHEDULES) while message propagation through a dblink. The dblink works fine for ordinary use such as selects or any DML.
The instance has 3 or 4 different target instances to propagate to from different queues. None of the propagations work, however each of the underlying dblinks work fine for ordinary selects or DML or procedure calls.

The queue types are the same (SYS.ANYDATA). All the required execute grants (DBMS_AQ*) and roles (AQ_ADMINISTARTOR_ROLE) are granted.
Aq_tm_processes=2 and Job_queue_processes=5.

ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS", line 1001
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS", line 6172
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AQADM", line 580
ORA-06512: at line 1

Any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
