I'm a based in the UK and a systems competent qualified accountant aspiring to train up in financial modules of Oracle Financials 11i wih a view to moving into a systems accounting / administration role in a large comany or, in time, systems consultancy / implementation and working on the underlying database.
Can anyone advise how to get the training to achieve this aim without it costing an arm and a leg. I'd also appreciate views on whether, having gained such training, I would be marketable to be into the technical side of systems accounting.
