Application Implementation Lead: I'm hoping that this role will evolve into a management position. The candidate will need to have at least 3 full implementations of Oracle Financials and/or HRMS. They must possess hands-on experience with at least 5 modules in either application and be prepared to take the lead both within our team and with our clients. We would prefer that the candidate have public sector experience, but it is not necessary for the right person. Also, it would be a plus if the person had experience with Public Sector Budgeting, Grants, or Payroll. Because we operate with smaller teams, this role and the management role that it could become, will always be "hands-on" and not executed remotely. Communication and presentation skills will be required as well as 100% travel.
Salary for this position will be between $80-$115K depending upon the person's background and experience.
