The candidate should possess:
- BE / BTech / MCA or Higher Degree
- Have At least 3 years of experience in Software Development
- Have At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Development with PL/SQL
- Have At least 6 months of experience in the Banking Domain (must)
- Good Testing/Debugging skills
- Have Good communication skills
The positions are as Developers/Programmers/Analysts. Compensation is the best in the Industry.
We can also consider very good developers who have experience in D2K, VB, Java based upon their comfort level in Oracle Development and experience in the Banking Domain.

The various information maintained by this system are Employee Qualifications, Training internal/external, Pormotion details, charge sheet/Memo details, Punishments, Quarters Allocations, Chummery Hostels/Guest House details, accident details/ policy coverages . Inplant/Project/Apprentice training’s, family member detials, on-duty information’s. Loan details, sports, retirement details etc. The corresponding reports are also generated from each module.
