increase your virtual memory.
Generally oracle recomends to have Virtual memory atleast 3 times of RAM

I installed Oracle 9i 2nd version on Win 2k , it's working great.

Solution:
1. Download Service Pack4 & install.
2. Create Disk1,2 & 3.In one of the drive. Then extract to these Disks.
3. Clean up disk , there should be atleast 6GB memory in that drive. ( Recommanded)
4. Install Ora9i .
