When I am running sql scripts from DOS prompt using SQLPLUS, OS is closing SQLPLUS for unknown reasons.
I am running an SQL script like this...

dos prompt> sqlplus swra/swara@radata @c:testa.sql
This a.sql internally calls some other sql files and it uses one dos variable.

However, When I am running same code from SQL * PLUS interface I am not getting any problem. What could be the reason?

What version of SQL*PLus? There were bugs in 8.1.* versions that were cured in 9i.
