I have problems accessing a 9i oracle DB from an windows 2000 SP2 PC with pentium 4 processor. I tried the oracle clinets 8.1.6 and 9.2, but i receive always the following message:
TNS-12637: Datenpaket nicht erhalten (package not received)
Here is an entry of the sqlnet.log:
