copy the contents of the cd to your hard drive
rename any symcjit.dll files to symcjit.old
and then run the installer from the copied version
this aparently works

I had this same problem and stumbled onto this forum. I wish I knew how you figured this out or where you found out about this fix but THANK YOU!
