Is it possible to IMPORT a small database from server into the personal Oracle I have on my PC? If so, is it a tedious task? Please help.

Can you send me the rules for transfering data between personal edition and server versions of Oracle databases?
Is it possibble to import data (exported by 8i OEM) to personal edition or vice versa? What about the different Windows operating systems?
