While installing 8.1.7 on redhat 8.0 get this error

check the installation log find below information:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lagtsh

find some document says need to change the kernel parameter MAXDSIZ, anybody can tell me how to change this parameter on redhat8.0, thanks a lot
