Hi,

We are in the process of implementing oracle Apps 11i (11.5.9), Financial intelligence & Customer intelligence.

I am looking for the following:

1. What are all the issues need to be considered

2. Documents related requirements gathering, setup etc

3. How to go about the customizations to the eixisting Business areas and workbooks etc

4. AIM documentation related to this.
