To answer your question, it is indeed possible to install Oracle Applications 11i (11.5.3) on Microsoft Windows NT 4.0
The setup of Oracle Apps is something I've had a good bit of experience with and I am sure that between us, we'll have Applications running on your system(s) at the earliest.

the system is asking to install jintiator before th instaallation of 8i in the porcess of instaalling 11i on nt 4 pls let me know wat to do
