As per the documentation OFA is tightly integrated with ORACLE-APPS G/L. I would like to know
whether OFA can be integrated other data base vendors like Sybase G/L.
Your answer is well appreciated.

The answer depends on what you mean by "integrated". OFA can use flat files to load data generated from any G/L system. So, in one sense the answer would be yes.

However, only Oracle G/L has the built-in knowledge of OFA that can be used to create structures (dimensions, dimension values, hierarchies, FDIs) in OFA using GL Link. Likewise, only Oracle G/L can semi-automatically generate the loader files that OFA needs to load data via GL Link. Finally, only in a GL Link OFA system can you drill back through to General Ledger to see the source of entries that are showing in OFA.

So, if that's what you mean by "integrated", the answer is "only Oracle G/L can do it".
