Hi,
The concept of Proxy Authentication works fine when there is Oracle 9i Client installed.
But we were asked to try out the same without the client being installed. We tried to place all the files under oracle bin and lib files under a separate folder and tried with System Path pointing to the same. But it didn't work.
We tried installing 10G instant client also. But it still gives unsatisfied Linker Error.
Has anyone faced such a scenario?Or is Proxy Authentication not at all possible without a client being installed?
