Software:
Oracle 9i,characterset UTF-8,some column is clob.
Problem:
When develope use java and put some multi-language characters such as German in the clob column, there was some problem.
All the characters i got from the database after i put them in it all turned ????.It seems there was some endoding problem about it.
So,if there anybody could tell me how could i solve this problem, how could we handle multi-language character by endoding Oracle's clob column?
Thanks!
