Trying to install CRS on windows 2003, getting following error :-

Output generated from configuration assistant "Oracle Cluster Ready Services Configuration Assistant":
Successfully accumulated necessary OCR keys.
Using ports: CSS=49895 CRS=49896 EVMC=49898 and EVMR=49897.

Hi,

Look at Bug# 3798938 on Metalink. If it looks similar to your problem, open an iTAR.

BTW: If you are not using RAC, and the other Oracle services are running fine, you can probably disable this service and ignore the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for the prompt reply, but my problem still persists.

I am trying to install CRS on windows 2003 without any service pack ,could this be the cause of the problem.

Please suggest.

I am facing the same problem , with Oracle 10g R2 ans Ms Windows 2003 without any SP.

This file may be used to run these configuration assistants outside of OUI. Even i am facing the same problem (with Windows 2000 Server on the two Machines)

Please tell me if you find out any solution for this problem....
