hi,
i am using windows 8 system,in that i installed oracle 10g express edition.
installed successfully but in database link go to database homepage link not opened.
Please tell me what can i do.

IN addition to John's comments, I'm curious about where you even got a copy of 10g. It hasn't been publicly available in quite some time. And was never certified for Windows 8.
