Seeded Excel Report error ( European users only) [message #641789]

European users that have ICX Profile options defined to European numeric layout are not able to successfully run seeded Oracle COGS revenue matching report with Excel output.

Post processor log shows error with numeric formatting.

Have tried to alter template fields in line with ICX formatting of # ###,00 but this does not fix issue

We only have one language setup on installation, American English

Any ideas would be appreciated
