How can be identify a particular archivelog file have backup or not from rman catalog ?

You do not backup from rman catalog, you back up with rman and register the backup into the catalog.
Query the catalog to know which backups are registered in it.

hi

In rman prompt you need to run the following command
RMAN>change archivelog all crosscheck;

If suppose any arhivelog file is missing or not backedup it will shows "unavailable"
