Dear all,
how can i using the reset database to incarnation command?
RMAN> list incarnation of database;


List of Database Incarnations
DB Key  Inc Key DB Name  DB ID            STATUS  Reset SCN  Reset Time
------- ------- -------- ---------------- --- ---------- ----------

For completeness: "Inc Key" = incarnation key, the one to mention in "reset to incarnation" command.

Michel, What does mean about ORPHAN in the status column? does it can reset database to incarnation of marked ORPHAN?
