When we log on in data base Through Toad or Form or Report
there are many perl.exe file are generated & it take alot of memory space. how to delete it from memory Or How to Control it that it can't be generated.

What do you mean by "there are many perl.exe file are generated"? That statement makes no sense.

If there are a lot of SESSIONS where the PROGRAM is perl.exe, then investigate why there are a lot of perl scripts running, who wrote them, and what they do.
