Hi,

I am trying to move a dump file of 2gb size (which is zipped ) from one server to another server using
below command but its not transferring the file.

Password:
export_PROD_EKC_DATAEKC_PROD_20120203.dmp.gZ                          0%    0     0.0KB/s   --:-- ETA lost connection

The command i used to transfer the file;

scp export_PROD_dmp.gZ jack@175.44.300.20:/home/jack

Can you verify the dump file name once.Should i gunzip the file before transferring it to another server ?

Regards,

Once more kepp your lines in 80 character width, there is no reason to post 100 blaks between file name and 0%.

The problem has nothing to do with Oracle, ask your sysadmin or network admin.
