Hi

I am getting beloww error very frequently in database log and not able to connect to the database.

4/ database and client versions?
5/ network health?

post sqlnet.ora and tnsnames.ora

Can any or other remote clients connect to the DB?
When was last time no such errors occurred?
What changed since then?
Can you successfully connect via SQL*Net while logged onto DB server itself?
What clues exist within listener.log file?
