I want add a new responsibility to list of users(200) at once.
How can i can any one help me on this !!!!

first make a temp table and load in it the responsibility which you want.
second use this package "fnd_user_resp_groups_api.Insert_Assignment" to load this responsibility in a procedure which have a cursor on the temp table.
