OS are Windows.

I use PC2 to connect to PC1, But I always get ORA-12547 error.
I use PC3 to connect to PC1, OK!
I use PC3 to connect to PC2(Express' database),OK

So, can anyone give me some advices to solve the problem about PC2 connecting PC1.

Thanks.

Hi

Thanks for your reply.
But PC3->PC1 is OK. So I think PC1's configuration is right.

>PC1 is a VM installed on PC2.
I am NOT surprised.
This flavor of error frequently occurs when VM/OS/Networking is mis-configured.
The solution is external to Oracle.
Oracle is the victim; not the culprit.
