If you are not DBA why do you care of these questions?
If your concern is about data and not database then have a look at export or datapump utilities.

All docs at http://www.oracle.com/pls/db102/portal.portal_db?selected=3

Michel

Use export, you don't need to be a DBA to do this, just read the documentation.
Use an OS scheduler, don't need to be a DBA for this, just read your OS documentation or search on the web.

Sorry I'm not a substitute to the documenation, you also have to work by yourself or hire someone that can do it for you.
In addition, if you did read the documentation, you know how to do it yet.

Michel
