Hi,
We are planing to move few of our Oracle 9i databases from AIX 5.2 to AIX 5.3 on another server. Will offline backup/restore work in this case ? The databases are fairly big (> 1 TB each). Looking for advice.. Thanks.

It should but why not making a test with a tiny database?
