Hi
Thanks for your reply.I used the the following command:
impdp system/sys123@bpsd directory=AUTO_BACKUP_DIR dumpfile=BPSD_PRD_SAT.DMP

but as I forgot to include the log file so I terminated import in between and restarted import using the command:

impdp system/sys123@bpsd directory=AUTO_BACKUP_DIR dumpfile=BPSD_PRD_SAT.DMP TABLE_EXIST_ACTION=REPLACE logfile=logimp2.log

so is there any fault on my side due to which primary keys were not generated for tables imported????? Shocked

It seems they didn't exist in the dump file.

Hi
Thanks for your support.
I finally got the workaround Laughing
At client site ,they had some batch process that shuts down the database automatically at 9:45am everyday. So database got shut down before completion of import. Confused due to this tables got imported but constraints couldnt.
workaround for this: clean the database(or just recreate it) and start the import again.(KEEP IN MIND TO DISABLE ALL THE BATCH PROCESSES THAT MAY CAUSE PROBLEM WITH IMPORT PROCESS)

Regards
Jyoti
