My redolog got corrupted giving
following errors:
ora-00314 log 3 of thred 1,expected seq# 7 doesnt match 0
ora-00312 online log 3 thread 1;
'D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\oradata\dev\redo03.log'

please give the necessary steps for recovering

I don't believe that you can recreate a redo logfile - it holds details of the changes to the datafiles, so how exactly would you be able to recreate those?

Oracle supports (and I believe recommends) duplexing your redo logs to multiple locations so that you've got multiple copies of each one.
