Is it a good choice to run a 2 node RAC cluster on Sun Cluster 3.2 with a storage with shared QFS on Sun storagetek.Any experience?
Being SUN partners we are only left to choose products from SUN.

Sun Cluster is not an essential component.
You can just run Oracle RAC on two Sun Solaris hardware.

It would be nice not to give vague answer.
There are many options with RAW,ASM,CFS but my question is specific to installation of RAC with shared storage support with cluster FS (shared QFS) which needs Sun Cluster for managing the metadata.
Anyone used shared QFS?

To avoid the vagueness.... Smile

Is there any doc/guide which states the requirement for the Sun Cluster to be existent for QFS.

If so then you would require to have it in place. There is no other alternative.
