when i am trying to import files in ora9i, I am getting the following error.

IMP-00009: abnormal end of export file
IMP-00028: partial import of previous table rolled back: 288838 rows rolled back
Import terminated successfully with warnings.

Its very urgent and i am not getting the solution from last night...

Please any one can provide the exact solution for it....

imp user/user@DBA

import done in US7ASCII character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
import server uses WE8ISO8859P1 character set (possible charset conversion)

Please realize we have NO idea, clue, observation that you have.

Yes, you are getting errors.

From what environment was export taken? Provide proof.

Into what environment is import being attempted? Provide proof.

It seems that either:
1/ your dump file is corrupted
2/ your dump file is truncated
3/ your dump file is part of a set of dump files and you didn't give the following ones
4/ ...?

I have taken backup again but it shows the same error while importing it.
