database server, application server, html db, oracle applications...?
Which one?
It is not a standard file for database server.
What is your OS?

And maybe posting part of the file will help.

Michel

You are not being very clear in your requirements, however, I had a look through my magic 8-ball and I thibnk that you are saying that you have a text file (with the extension .ora) which contains PL/SQL code and you want to convert it into a .plb file. Is that correct?
If so you want to look up the documentation on the WRAP utility.

No, I can't. Please show that you are willing to put some effort in and go and read up on the utility as I have suggested. Once you have read it you will realise that it is a relively simple process.
