I got the following error message when doing an import

ORA-39006: internal error
ORA-39065: unexpected master process exception in DISPATCH
ORA-04063: package body "SYS.KUPW$WORKER" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "SYS.KUPW$WORKER"

ORA-39097: Data Pump job encountered unexpected error -6508

Can anybody please help me on this.

Did you execute the post-installation tasks after upgrading to 10.2.0.4?

Execute
SELECT COMP_NAME, VERSION, STATUS FROM SYS.DBA_REGISTRY;
and check if version and status are correct.

The version is correct i.e 10.2.0.4 but the status for OLAP Catalog, Oracle Database Packages and Types and OLAP Analytic Workspace is invalid.
