Hi,

We are working on SAP ECC5.0 In our production landscape all datafiles from one of the sapdataN folders was accidentally deleted.

We have a recent offline copy of this sapdataN folder, we have tried restoring the same, however we are getting the error as mentioned below

BR0976W Database message alert - level: ERROR, line: 3060072, time:
2008-09-11 19.26.08, message:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [12700], [5897],
[763493648], [4], [793216881], [25], [], []

I'm just have operational knowledge of oracle

How do I proceed from here on to get the system up and working

Hi,

I am using SAP ECC5.0 with Oracle 9i version 9.2.0.8 which runs on HPUX 11.23. I've faced this problem where the datafiles in a particular sapdata folder ie. sapdata9 have been all erased. I have an offline backup of the files which was taken about 15 days back. I've restored the missing files, however I'm getting the error message as reproduced below.

My question is do I need to carry out any activity after restoring the files. I do not have oracle DBA knowledge, hence request you to be a bit patient with me.

Request if someone can guide me on what needs to be done.

DBA skills are irrelevant in this case:
ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink and/or call Oracle support
