Oracle 9i , windows / linux

If one have created new tablespace user with datafile user.dbf.

Which contain tables like emp , dept etc.


Now If I have only user.dbf , nothing else like system tablespace,control file , & not any kind of backup.


User.dbf physically contain all imp data I require.


Is't possible to recover in this situation.
