How to change my backup destination on other PC. Oracle is on Linux and i want create backup on windows storage but i want change only backupset destination, no whole flash recovery area.

You can't directly.
You have to use software to be able to mount windows disk on Linux and I don't think this is supported.

Then just have a look at backup command and format option.

autobackup/
backupset/ - only this
controlfile/
flashback/
onlinelog/
