my problem is i connect as a user to the database and created the table, then i connected as sys user I have 2 logfile group and each have one member, the current logfile name is redo2.
I open the redo2 in the os level and delete the some of contents in it,then i switch logfile using the command alter system switch logfile, the below error is happened.

ORA-00312: online log 2 thread 1: 'D:\ORACLE\ORADATA\IMRAN\REDO2.LOG'
ORA-27046: file size is not a multiple of logical block size
OSD-04012: file size mismatch (OS 5238251).

just to learn when this kind of situation arises

So what have you learned from fatal termination of a DB?
Follow & execute tested & documented restoration plan or send out your resume hoping to find another sucker who will hire you.
