I am trying to do a export and now i am having problems.
The error message is this
EXP-00008: ORACLE error 942 encountered
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_RULE_EXIMP", line 193
ORA-06512: at line 1
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_SQL", line 1118
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 316
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION", line 84
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION", line 135
ORA-06512: at line 1
EXP-00024: Export views not installed, please notify your DBA
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully
i tried running $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catexp.sql
but the error is the same... any idea?

I think a search on SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION and error 942 will give you the answer.
